In this thesis , a multi - disk rotor supported by two plain journal bearings is used for the numerical and experimental studies . the one aim is to analyze the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the rotor system under different varying parameters ; the methods of online elimination of the oil whip and subharmonic vibration are developed and studied also . besides the expression of the nonlinear oil film force is proposed , so that the unbalance of the nonlinear rotor system may be identified online 作者在總結(jié)了前人大量的有關(guān)非線性振動(dòng)研究工作的基礎(chǔ)上,確立了本文的研究目標(biāo):一是以工程應(yīng)用為背景,研究轉(zhuǎn)子-軸承系統(tǒng)由非線性油膜力引起的非線性振動(dòng)特性以及各種影響因素,力圖通過對轉(zhuǎn)子-軸承系統(tǒng)非線性振動(dòng)特性的分析,找到切實(shí)可行的在線消除油膜振蕩的辦法;二是研究非線性油膜力的表達(dá)方法式,使非線性轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的不平衡量在線識(shí)別成為可能。
In this thesis , a single disk rotor supported by two rolling bearings is used for studies , and a new method of reducing the vibration is proposed . the main works of this thesis are as follows : based on the comparison of various control methods for vibration suppression , a kind of passive electro - magnetic damper is presented . the structure of it is similar to that of the active magnetic bearing 為了降低轉(zhuǎn)子的振動(dòng),增加系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,本文在總結(jié)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了被動(dòng)式電磁阻尼器的概念,并確立了本文的研究目標(biāo)和研究方法:以工程應(yīng)用為背景,結(jié)合轉(zhuǎn)子動(dòng)力學(xué)理論、電磁學(xué)理論以及數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù),以理論輔以實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,對被動(dòng)式電磁阻尼器特性進(jìn)行深入研究。
